Which JOVAL products are made in Portugal?
Submersible pumps, control panels and systems assembled on our own lines are made in Portugal, under ISO 9001:2015 with ISO 9906 performance testing. Each product page states when it is JOVAL-made in Portugal.
What are the average delivery times for orders?
We keep stock of the most requested models and main components. Lead time depends on the article, quantity and destination. The commercial team confirms timing on the enquiry — we do not publish fixed delivery days.
Does JOVAL work with OEM or private label?
Yes. We supply equipment under the partner’s brand subject to technical criteria and agreed volume. See commercial partnership.
Does JOVAL export to the international market?
Yes. We export across Europe, including Scandinavia, Central and Eastern Europe, with support in Portuguese and English. See commercial partnership.
Is it possible to obtain technical data sheets and installation documentation?
Yes. Published products include a PDF datasheet with installation instructions and hydraulic performance data. Documentation is in the catalogue or follows from the sales team.

JOVAL primarily serves B2B customers through distributors, installers, and professional partners in Portugal and Europe. Private customers may be served at the counter, depending on availability and technical fit; for installation projects, we can direct you to the most suitable distributor or installer.
